refactor: 移除favicon.ico引用并更新配置

- 移除多个页面中对favicon.ico的引用
- 将部分favicon引用更新为favicon.jpeg
- 更新config.php中的数据库和SMTP配置
- 使用CDN替换本地Font Awesome引用
