Leonmmcoset d292add15e fix: 将缓存目录从/rom/cache移动到/packages/cache并确保目录存在
确保缓存目录与其它包相关文件位于同一位置,提高文件组织的一致性。同时在安装过程中检查并创建缓存目录。
