Leonmmcoset 450b75ff6b refactor(installer): 修改默认ROM目录并优化重启倒计时 
将默认ROM目录从/rc改为/leonos以更符合系统命名
缩短重启倒计时从5秒至3秒并移除多余的0.5秒延迟
