- 将LeonOS版本从0.1.8升级至0.1.9
- 在shell启动时添加欢迎信息
- 改进ver程序界面，添加顶部名称栏
- 简化安装程序流程，默认使用/leonos目录

- 新增ver命令用于显示LeonOS版本信息
- 更新installer.lua和bios.lua中的版本号至0.1.8
- 为ver命令添加shell别名和补全功能
