feat(UI): 为多个程序添加统一风格的标题栏

为帮助系统、设置管理、清除屏幕、线程管理、Lua交互环境、红石控制、Shell别名管理器、文件列表工具、已连接外设和Shell命令行等程序添加了统一风格的标题栏。标题栏使用白色文字和青色背景，并在显示后恢复原有颜色设置，同时保持界面整洁。
