feat(shell): 添加错误处理窗口并更新版本号至0.2.6

在shell程序中添加图形化错误处理窗口，支持错误信息展示和重新运行功能
更新installer.lua和bios.lua中的版本号至0.2.6
将peripherals.lua中的中文提示改为英文
