fix: 更新安装程序版本号并简化shell提示符

Browse Source 
- 将安装程序版本号从0.3.7 Beta 10更新至0.3.7 Beta 11
- 移除shell启动时的欢迎图像和文字
- 将shell提示符从">>>"简化为"#"
